The owner efficiently handles all the orders alone. With the supporter on the arm telling a story, the strain on the elbow and arm is evident due to the use of a large wok. Yet, it looks like a badge of honor, reflecting a sense of pride in a rich history and tradition. It’s the spirit of a true artisan!
